My Yoga for Beginners Series: A Journey to Strength, Balance, and Mindfulness

I’m so excited to share something close to my heart—my Yoga for Beginners series. Whether you’ve never stepped onto a yoga mat or you’re looking to revisit the basics, this program was designed with YOU in mind.
For years, yoga has been my anchor. It’s helped me navigate life’s ups and downs, find moments of stillness, and connect with myself in ways I never imagined. I created this series to share that same gift with you—a chance to start your yoga journey in a supportive and approachable way.
Why I Created This Series
I know how intimidating yoga can feel when you’re just starting out. The poses, the breathing, even the idea of showing up to a class—it can all feel overwhelming.
That’s why I wanted to create a space where beginners feel seen, supported, and empowered. This series is about taking that first step, no matter where you are in life. It’s about learning the foundations at your own pace, building confidence, and finding joy in movement and breath.
What to Expect in the Series
This is a 2-week program with six beginner-friendly classes designed to help you:
Build strength and flexibility.
Learn foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Feel more confident on the mat and in your body.
Here’s a look at what’s included:
🗓️ Week 1: Laying the Foundation
Class #1: Foundation Class (20 min)
Learn Half Sun Salutations, Low Lunge, and Warrior 1 at a gentle pace.Class #2: Yoga Treat (10 min)
A quick, calming flow to reconnect with your body and mind.Class #3: Building the Foundation (20 min)
Strengthen familiar poses and add Warrior 2 to your toolkit.

🗓️ Week 2: Growing Your Practice
Class #4: Movement and Breath (30 min)
Link your breath with movement in a flowing sequence.Class #5: Yoga Treat (10 min)
A short and soothing session to refresh and recharge.Class #6: It’s a Start (40 min)
Combine everything you’ve learned in a longer, empowering practice.
